For Your Seasoned Lumber Needs, Yella's Your Color!

Trusted Protection
When building outdoor projects, builders across the South have come to trust YellaWood® brand pressure treated pine from Great Southern Wood. They know the yella tag means they're getting the best product available, and they know it'll last. Besides being treated with the only wood preservative that is EPP certified, consumers trust YellaWood® brand lumber products because they provide the best protection against rot, fungal decay and termite attack.

Why Seasoned Lumber?
Seasoning lumber under controlled circumstances minimizes the natural tendencies of treated lumber to shrink, cup and warp. This means you'll be installing the finished product and won't have to worry about shrinkage while getting all the benefits of pressure treated lumber.

Seasoned lumber is lighter than freshly treated lumber, has more strength and stiffness. Another benefit is increased holding power which ensures nails, screws and joints will hold firm and will be less likely to work loose over time.

Dried to its original moisture content, seasoned lumber is preferred by carpenters and other workers because it is easier to handle, cut and install. It's recommended for decks, handrails, window wrapping, casing, permanent wood foundations and more!
